In the 40th  issue of our (irregularly updated) weekly report,  we proudly present you with the following news: Xiamen: The metro networks in Xiamen are now moved onto the next phase. Ever since its completion in June, line 2 has been doing its test runs. It is a west-east running line, intersecting line 1 once at Lücuo station, and will highly probably celebrate its birthday together with the year 2020. Shanghai : Pudong Airport is undergoing a series of schematic changes, including two new APM lines to serve the east and west wings of the airport separately. From the map below we can learn that the two lines won't share a joint until the possible completion of Terminal T3. Danzishi  and  Luojiaba ... The heralds of summer... I declare hereby that the two stations on Chongqing metro loop line, Danzishi and Luojiaba, are  now in service . Although my announcement is delayed for two days, for which I'll make no excuse, I thought maybe I can make a compensation for this by sharing their photos with you, and I'll appriciate all understandings. The elevated station, Luojiaba. Not quite obvious, though. The underground station Danzishi, serving several residential areas. When will we finally get to see the fragments of this circle join as one? ...Of course, you need to stay tuned for that!

New stations —— Two new stations on the Loop Line of Chongqing (stylished as Line 0) are about to open. The Danzishi and Luojiaba stations on the Loop line are officially announced to open on the 1st July , tomorrow. This line is born with countless frustrations: Not being able to open as a full ring at first with unopened stations like holes in a dam. While we still don't know when the whole ring will circulate beneath this city, it is more of a compensation than none that it is closing up, little by little. Hopefully, we could witness an expanded undergroud system by the end of this year. And of course, you know what to expect —— my official confirmations.

Breaking News! I declare hereby that line 2 later section in Nanchang  is now in service  today ! I'm so much obliged to have the honour to mark the line on the list.

Breaking News! Line 2 later section in Nanchang is officially announced to open on the 30th June ! Like I said, it's not surprising for anyone on the list to announce their openings at any time! I will do a follow-up report later just for sure, but more importantly, to mark out another line on our list!
