Weekly report 28
In the 28th issue of our (irregularly updated) weekly report, published on the last day of July, we proudly present you with the following news:
- Changsha: Line 4 phase I, another line that joins the two sides of the river, is said to be completed and might open this year.
- Chongqing: Line 4 is currently having its test runs. You can see the actual movements of the train below:
- Qingdao: Line 13 finally had its trains delivered! Estimated opening time: end of this year.
New train for line 13.
- Chengdu: I'm afraid that a few pictures of the map showing line 3 phase II & III is the only thing I can bring.
This is for phase III ...
... and for phase II.
- Harbin: We might have already forgotten this city when its line 1 phase III suddenly reminds us about the existence of this city. It is now completed and ready to open - at the end of this year as well.
- Tianjin: Line 5 is "not far" from opening. --- official announcement.
... and, among all of which, I'm most "honoured" to announce that not a single metro line opened in China in this month! Not even an extension!
Let's hope for a better outcome in the next month.
