In the 26th  issue of our (irregularly updated) weekly report, we proudly present you with the following news: Zhengzhou : Tunnel for line 5 (ring line) just completed, an estimated trial operation by the end of the year. Sanya: A tram line said to be in trial operation lately, but not confirmed. Chengdu : First, we have line 3 phase II & III with their tracks 100% laid. Second we have line 5 with major progress. I announce that a station on Guangzhou's line 9, Qingtang, opened today, on the 30th June . Certainly not a breaking news. Well, still proud of it anyway!

I announce that an one-station extension on Dalian's line 2 opened yesterday, from Airport to Xinzhaizi. Certainly not a breaking news. But I'm still proud of it anyway!

In the 25th  issue of our (irregularly updated) weekly report, we proudly present you with the following news: Wuhan : I must praise this city for its marvellous contribution in the last month! The last section of line 7 was completed last week and so is line 2's south section. So there's no doubt that these two lines will open in this year alongside line 11 east section, long completed yet no more news. Nanjing : Reports from S7, opened last month.  Some trains with a normal map showing only the route of S7...  ...whereas some show both S1 and S7. Yes, there are some limited reciprocal services. Tianjin : Some reported that line 5 went into trial operation on the 25th last month, but no official comments. So that's all for this issue! Hope we can see more progress next week, and see you then!

Breaking News! I declare hereby that S7 in Nanjing  is now in service  today ! Finally after 5 months! I'm so much obliged to have the honour to mark the line on the list.

Breaking News! S7 in Nanjing is finally officially announced to open tomorrow on the  26th May ! Finally! Why do they always have to wait until the last moment? I will do a follow-up report tomorrow just for sure , but more importantly, to mark out another line on our list!

In the 24th  issue of our (irregularly updated) weekly report, we proudly present you with the following news: Chengdu : The only city that seems to still making progress has published the following data of each line. Please read the screenshots below: (The map for line 18 isn't connected... please try to visualize the whole line.) Hence, we can safely say that line 3 and line 5 are opening this year for sure.  Furthermore, Rong 2 tram is announced to be opened before October. Nanjing : No annoucements about S7, although the opening date is determined to be in this month (or that's just my wish).
