Weekly report 10
In the tenth issue of our (irregularly updated) weekly report, we proudly present you with the following news:
- Wuhan: Only days until our line 8 and line 21 (Yangluo line) coming into service, I figure it's my last chance to show you more of them. Please check them below:
A huge "scroll wall" on line 8.
The glass dome of the same station as above.
Station art wall on Yangluo line.
A platform on Yangluo line symbolising perhaps the sun?
- Shanghai: News came in from the construction sites of line 17, a real fully-equipped line built for commuting, connecting the remote Qingpu district where private cars were the only possible means of transportation, to the railway station. There is actually a resort hotel at the western terminus. Previews are below:
Inside the train.
As you can see, the resort hotel is called Oriental Land...
Front view of the trains.
I'm telling you - believe it or not- that this is the depot.
Thank you for your time, I hope you enjoyed it, and we'll see again next issue!
