New stations —— Two new stations on the Loop Line of Chongqing (stylished as Line 0) are about to open. The Danzishi and Luojiaba stations on the Loop line are officially announced to open on the 1st July , tomorrow. This line is born with countless frustrations: Not being able to open as a full ring at first with unopened stations like holes in a dam. While we still don't know when the whole ring will circulate beneath this city, it is more of a compensation than none that it is closing up, little by little. Hopefully, we could witness an expanded undergroud system by the end of this year. And of course, you know what to expect —— my official confirmations.

Breaking News! Line 2 later section in Nanchang is officially announced to open on the 30th June ! Like I said, it's not surprising for anyone on the list to announce their openings at any time! I will do a follow-up report later just for sure, but more importantly, to mark out another line on our list!

Breaking News! I declare hereby that line 1 rest section in Ürümqi  is now in service  today ! I'm so much obliged to have the honour to mark the line on the list.

And so, amongst all silence, Ürümqi announced the opening of the rest section of its metro line 1 —— Specifically, the section Balou - Santunbei. Our exclusive news: Ürümqi line 1 rest section opens on the 28th June . For further information regarding the inner decorations of the stations please refer to the official promotion video below. Of course, you know what to expect —— my official confirmations.

Breaking News! I declare hereby that line 1 phase II in Shijiazhuang  is now in service  today ! If you can recall it, it's actually the second anniversary of line 1 today! I'm so much obliged to have the honour to mark the line on the list.

Breaking News! I declare hereby that line 5 in Hangzhou  is now in service  today ! I'm so much obliged to have the honour to mark the line on the list.

Breaking News! Line 5 in Hangzhou is officially announced to open today on the  24th June ! Like I said, it's not surprising for anyone on the list to announce their openings at any time! I will do a follow-up report later just for sure, but more importantly, to mark out another line on our list!

Breaking News! I declare hereby that line 1 in Lanzhou  is now in service  today ! I'm so much obliged to have the honour to mark the line on the list.

This will be the page of lines pending to open, either already under test runs or with constructions completed, either way opening within this year for sure. One can say that it's not surprising at all that anyone of these makes an official announcement today. Now, shall we take a look? Currently under test runs (since March). Some speculate the 30th. Shenzhen is planning to open two sections this year. Both are now under test runs, with an estimated opening date around September. Planned to be opened by the end of this month. Constructions near completion as of May. Opening within 2019. Line 10 in Shenyang. This is quite an awkward line, as everything except for the depot is ready but has to keep shut for the rest of this year... In the worst case we might have to celebrate its birthday next year... Suzhou: Constructions completed, expected in December Kunming: Tunnels completed, expected in December if smooth New members in the metro

As I mentioned previously, I was out of contact for four months because of an "adventure". It turns out that this whole adventure was a gamble, with my own future at stake... It's name? The national exam. This will be the part for the lines with an announced opening date, and, coincidentally, all within this month. Lanzhou Line 1, the 23rd June. Shijiazhuang Line 1 phase II, the 26th June. Ningbo Line 3, the 30th June. And, as always, you know what to expect —— my official announcement! Stay tuned in, the next part is coming soon. 4 months ago, I vanished into thin air without leaving any words. Now, 4 months later, your editor returns with the most gracious information of all times. It has been such a long time and I hope that you all have found another way to dispel your dejection while missing me. We'll talk later, though, about my four-months-long adventure. As time went by, countless new metro lines have been opened in China, and my list of new lines due to be published at the beginning of this year can only be read now.
