Weekly report 5
In the fifth issue of our (irregularly updated) weekly report, we proudly present you with the following news:
- Wuhan: Once with construction sites all over its streets (which would describe Chengdu better by now), the city is opening its new lines at an ambitious rate of 2 lines per year. What can be ensured is that Line 8 (Phase I) and Line 21 (aka Yangluo line) are coming into service in this month. Line 7 will not be ready until next year. Another source reveals that a small tram system of two lines in the Guanggu district will join our list soon, but let's wait for the official announcements for a bit while.
The official route map, clearly declaring the opening of Line 8 (shown in orange), line 21 (shown in marron) as well as line 7 (shown in grey) and Line 11 (shown in yellow).

- Guangzhou: A first visitor on the Knowledge City branch line (a branch line of line 14, but operated separately from it) illustrates it with photos:

Looks like exactly the same one as line 13.
- Nanjing: One visitor shared his moments in a S9 train:
- Hefei: Inside a line 2 train. No substantial updates.
Thank you for your time with me and see you next time!
